ALIN | Connecting Communities with knowledge
Working with us
Working at ALIN will give you the opportunity to interact with a multicultural, multidisciplinary team of ICTs and Knowledge Management Professionals. ALIN is an equal opportunity employer and believes in building a working environment that balances work life with home life as well as individual aspirations.

Flexitime
ALIN is exploring a flexitime policy to allow staff members to work according to a time schedule that fits with personal commitments as well as ALIN’s requirements. Staff need to work the required 8 hours per day and should be in office during core time which is 10 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Working From-Home
In special circumstances, a staff member may obtain permission to work from home. Permission is also given to work from a location that is not the home base after consulting with the supervisor.

Equal Opportunity Employment
ALIN is committed to making staff appointments regardless of gender, race, national or social origin, political affiliation or any other form of personal identity. We work to ensure that all employees are treated in a fair and equitable way.

Gender Balance
ALIN continues to expand its efforts to increase gender balance by targeting recruitments for female development professionals. We are currently giving female staff members' opportunities at senior management positions.
